Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our store & add any items you want to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

All prices are shown in US dollars. If you are shopping from Canada, you can contact us by email or telephone and we will convert & charge you in CDN dollars. If you are shopping from any country other than Canada or the United States your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Credit Card Security:

All credit card details are handled and processed through a secure third party. Cast Your Anchor does not keep any credit card details on the website or in our facility.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will provide instructions for return and issue a refund (less any shipping or re-stocking charges).

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if items are faulty on delivery (not including packaging damage from carriers). We will exchange them for you.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

All Special order items are subject to re-stocking charges; some special order items (custom flags, plans, books) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with your order

Canada Post is our carrier of choice. Shipments originate with Canada Post and transfer to your country's postal system. We ship small packet airmail with the majority of small envelope shipments arriving at their destination within 7- 21 days after shipping. Larger kits and tool orders are shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed to you when we ship.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, (by phone, e-mail or letter) we will deal with it confidentially and efficiently. We strive to reply within 5 working days.
